60-day refund policy

Every Pianoforall course and bundle comes with a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you decide a course isn’t right for you, you can have your money back within 60 days of purchase. You don’t need to give a reason.

How to ask for a refund

Choose whichever is easier:

• Email Robin at robin@pianoforall.com with the email address you used to buy. He will set up the refund through ClickBank.
• Request the refund directly from ClickBank, the retailer that processed your payment, or call 1-800-390-6035 (US and Canada) or +1 208-345-4245.

How long it takes

ClickBank’s system usually completes a refund within a few days. The money goes back to the card or account you paid with.

Subscriptions

There aren’t any. Pianoforall courses are one-time purchases, so there is nothing to cancel and you won’t be charged again.
