You may not share your Academy account or course access with others.

Course access

When you purchase a course, you are given access to the course for your own personal use.

Where a course is sold with lifetime access, this means access for the lifetime of the course while it continues to be offered and supported by Pianoforall Academy.

We may occasionally update, improve or replace course materials.

Free trials and Test Drives

Free Test Drives and free trials are provided so that you can explore Pianoforall Academy and decide whether a course is right for you.

Where a free trial automatically becomes a paid purchase at the end of the trial period, this will be clearly explained before you begin the trial.

You can cancel before the end of the trial to avoid being charged.

Purchases and refunds

Payments are processed securely by ClickBank.

Pianoforall purchases are covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee.

If you decide that a course isn’t right for you, you can request a refund within 60 days of purchase in accordance with our refund policy.

Intellectual property

All Pianoforall course content, including videos, ebooks, written lessons, illustrations, diagrams, audio, sheet music and other original teaching materials, remains the intellectual property of Pianoforall Academy Limited and/or Robin Hall unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing a course gives you permission to use the material personally. It does not transfer ownership or copyright to you.

Availability

We do our best to keep Pianoforall Academy and its courses available and working properly.

Occasionally access may be interrupted temporarily because of maintenance, technical problems or circumstances outside our control.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time to reflect changes to Pianoforall Academy or our services.
